Job Description

Calibrainz Technologies is seeking experienced candidates to work in its software development center at Bangalore, India, to build world class .NET applications.

The ideal candidate:

• Uses their strong OO development skills, and strong analytical skills as an individual contributor developing .NET applications and products
• Has a good understanding of Relational databases and in-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Takes ownership of features - UI to the backend
• Works closely with peers in a world-class software development organization to continually improve the quality & usability of components through an agile development process
• Works with team members/leads as appropriate to resolve production issues and to ensure successful customer implementations
• Has a broad understanding of Web-Services, .NET technologies and related implementation techniques

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science/equivalent
• 2+ years of product development experience with strong understanding of object-oriented development methodologies
• Strong knowledge in C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, HTML-based web technologies and relational database products
• Strong programming skills, including the ability to read and comprehend complex code bases written by others
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Prior experience with working in fast paced, small teams that follow flexible, adaptive methodologies
• Prior Database experience - SQL, query optimization, migration (preferably in MS SQL Server)
  

Desirable

• Experience with developing large scale web applications using .NET framework
• Experience with VB.NET, Crystal Reports
• Understanding of Internet protocols - programming of TCP/IP, HTTP and other major internet protocols
